Registration General Rules

  1. Registration is open through IPFEST 2018 website from November 11th 2017 – December 1st 2017 and December 12th 2017 – January 10th 2018
  2. The registration is open in 2 batches (first batch: November 11th 2017 – December 1st 2017, second batch: December 12th 2017- January 10th 2018) except for Oil Rig Design Competion, Paper Competition and Business Case Competition which will only be open for the first batch.
  3. Registration fees are (except for Business Case Competition *) :
    1. Batch I
      • Accommodation and Transportation Provided
        • IDR 450,000 per person for domestic students
        • USD 34 per person for international students
      • Transportation only (No accommodation provided)
        • IDR 300,000 per person for domestic students
        • USD 23 per person for international students
    2. Batch II
      • Accommodation and Transportation Provided
        • IDR 500,000 per person for domestic students
        • USD 38 per person for international students
      • Transportation only (No accommodation provided)
        • IDR 350,000 per person for domestic students
        • USD 26 per person for international students

    *Registration fees for Business Case Competition will be further explained at Business Case Competition rules.

  4. Each member of a team must purchase the same kind of package provided above
  5. Registration fees have to be paid before December 1st 2017 (Batch 1) and January 10th 2018 (Batch 2)
  6. Submit the payment receipt to the link that will be given during the registration process
  7. Payment has to be done in Indonesian Rupiah only. Payment has to be done before the registration deadline by transferring to :
    • Account Number : 0607665399
    • Bank Name : Bank Negara Indonesia
    • Beneficiancy Name : Arrofi Nurmida
  8. Payment has to be paid in FULL AMOUNT. Other method of payment (credit card, etc) will not be accepted
  9. No REFUND after the payment.
  10. Alongside the registration form and abstract, you must submit a letter of statement of anti-plagiarism, signed on a stamp (stamp Rp6000,00). The format can be downloaded on IPFEST 2018 website (www.ipfest2018.com). For participants residing outside of Indonesia, the stamp may be replaced by a signature of participant’s lecturer in their university.
  11. Abstract and blue print selection announcement will be on January 16th 2018 and will be announced via IPFEST 2018 website, official account and directly to the participants’ email.
  12. For the selected participants, the payment has to be done before January 30th 2018 and the payment receipt is submitted to the link that will be given via email after registration
